Get to know me
I’m a heart-led yoga teacher with a passion for mindful, breath-led movement. After years dipping in and out of yoga, my practice became a lifeline when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic condition that left be bed-bound for days at a time. Yoga became the way I gently reconnected with my body, rebuilt trust, and returned to life with more strength, presence and ease.

Mindful practices to connect the breath, body & mind
Yin
A gentle, grounding practice of stillness and surrender. Long-held postures, breath, and props help release tension and invite deep rest.
Gentle flow
Slow, supportive movement to calm the body and quiet the mind. Ideal for beginners, or anyone needing softness and space.
Slow flow
Mindful movement with longer holds and slow transitions. Builds strength and awareness while inviting deep connection to breath and body.
Power flow
A dynamic, breath-led flow to energise and awaken. Expect intentional sequencing, steady effort, and options to meet your body where it’s at.
