About me

I’m a heart-led yoga teacher with a passion for mindful, breath-led movement.

After years dipping in and out of yoga, my practice became a lifeline when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic condition that left be bed-bound for days at a time. Yoga became the way I gently reconnected with my body, rebuilt trust, and returned to life with more strength, presence and ease.

Today, yoga is woven into the rhythm of my everyday life. My teaching is rooted in compassion, steadiness, and the belief that movement should feel nourishing, not punishing. I’m trained in Yin and Vinyasa yoga, and love guiding practices that range from deeply resotrative to gently energising.

Whether I’m teaching a calming Yin class or a slow, breath-led flow, I hold space for you to meet your body exactly as it is - no pressure, no performance, just presence.

Training & qualifications

200hr YTT, Zenko Yoga (2025)

A comprehensive training that covered Anatomy, Philosophy and History of Yoga, Asana, The Art of Teaching, Sequencing and the Business of Yoga.

Diploma in Health Studies, UniSC (2023 - 2024)

Completed through early withdrawal from a Bachelor of Dietetics, this course gave me a broad understanding of health, physiology, and sustainable behaviour change, which now informs my approach to health and wellbeing.

50hr Yin Training, Momentum Yoga School (2022)

A beautiful course learning about yin yoga including the Anatomy, Yin poses, Meridians, Pranayama and learning to hold space for others.

First Aid & CPR

Valid until July 2026.

15 years in digital marketing & SEO

I have worked across various roles in the digital marketing industry, including email marketing, social media, website optimisation and SEO. For five years I ran my own business as an SEO strategist, and I currently have a full time role working in SEO and conversion rate optimisation. My passion for people-first website experiences translates into a people-first approach to teaching.
